Chari was amazing! The purchase of our condo was transacted in record time and went incredibly smooth.

Chari was phenomenal! We called on a Saturday and she was more than happy to show us the property. We wrote an offer on Sunday and ended up purchasing the home! Chari was there for us every step of the way, available before, during, and, after hours! Chari responded extremely quickly to every question and followed up with anything she didn't have an immediate answer to.

Chari was extraordinarily professional and patient with the long process that we put her through in finding us a new home and standing in for us when we were unable to be there for walkthroughs prior to buying and after buying. Thank you so much, and we look forward to recommending you to others who come into the Bradenton-Sarasota area looking for homes in the future. I know they will find you as valuable a resource as we did.

A few months after our purchase, Chari was our agent with the sale of our condo. Chari was always available and responded quickly to any question we had. She provided extremely helpful info about asking price and we listed based on her recommendation. Our final sale price was 97.5% of asking (and that was after two full price offers within the first five days!!!). She was wonderful in helping negotiate various aspects of the deal. I would highly recommend Chari! I believe she is THE hardest working real estate professional in the area. And, on top of all that, she is extremely personable and super sweet!!!

I am updating my review, as we were buyers the first time we engaged with Chari. Because of our fabulous experience with Chari on the purchase of our new home, we asked her to represent us when we sold our condo a few months later. Chari was always available and responded quickly to any question we had. She provided extremely helpful info about the asking price and we listed based on her recommendation. We had two full price offers within the first five days and our final sales price was almost 98% of asking. She was wonderful in assisting with the negotiations. I believe Chari is the hardest working real estate professional in the area! She will consistently go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Chari!!
